Update #3 of Moreno Focus City Project: International Development Research Centre

The physical works have been completed but the management plan has not been fully devised yet as some controversies among association members over their roles have delayed the planning process. In addition, EDENOR, the electricity company, imposed some restrictions previous to the connection to the new water pump. The FC project will offer the local association a capacity building exercise in management and administration of water services to guarantee the sustainability of the resources and the services. After having the training sessions, the management plan will be assessed, approved and then put into practice.
