Abstract
The regional workshop on radio communications, "Radio Africa 99," will be held in Gabarone, Botswana, on the theme of, "Rural communications for development in Africa." Like the two preceding workshops, it aims to stimulate collaboration between African scientists working, researching or training in the area of telecommunications in the private and public sectors. This grant will contribute to support the workshop.
