This 60 x 80 mts. open space close to a primary school, lined by a perimeter of trees, where environmental urban management practices will be carried out by the children in the neighbourhood in coordination with the primary school. The garden and the paths of the park were built in agreement with the Municipality. The maintenance and services of the green park will be taken care of by the primary school, and the following NGOs: Labranza Moreno, Pateando Moreno, Jóvenes Raíces.   A set of workshops will be organised for the development of the participatory management plan in December 2009. The preliminary management plan would be ready by January, 2010.

The environmental information unit which was originally meant to be situated within the thematic park will become a managerial unit situated in the centre of the city of Moreno to serve as a meeting point for INC and play the role of a Focus City Environmental Observatory to monitor the progress and sustainability of the FC pilot projects. For this purpose the Focus City Project provides funds for the advance rent payment.
