Abstract
The Southern African Universities Social Science Conference (SAUSSC) will hold its 21st Conference at the University of Malawi, Zomba, between November 29 and December 4, 1999. The theme of the Conference will be, "Democracy, Regional Cooperation and Security in Southern Africa: Challenges for the Southern African Development Community (SADC) in the 21st Century. This grant will cover the travel and accommodation costs of three participants from Botswana, Swaziland and Zambia, respectively.
