The topic of this colloquium, "Adaptation to climate change: Strategies for exchange and sharing of information for the benefit of communities" responds to the fact that having good information is central in providing appropriate solutions to the problems of adaptation to climate change. The issue of sharing knowledge is very important for innovation and decision-making. This colloquium will present a platform for exchanging information and experiences on strategies for information sharing and the implementation of adaptation strategies for climate change. It is organized in the framework of the InfoClim project "participative information platform for the adaptation of vulnerable communities to climate change” with financial support of IDRC and DFID within Climate Change Adaptation in Africa Program (CCAA).

The working languages are French and English with simultaneous translation.
