The physical plant is almost complete. Some extra work still needs to be done for water connection and the pathway access to the plant will also require extra work given the fragility and heterogeneity of the terrain affected by continuous rains over the last few weeks. As regards to the management and operational plan for the plant, the research team, IIED AL, has delegated this responsibility to the Secretary of Public Works of the Municipality of Moreno.
