La Digital Review of Asia Pacific es una guía bienal completa de lo más novedoso en el ámbito de la práctica y tendencias en tecnologías de información y comunicaciones para el desarrollo (ICTD) en Asia Pacífico. Esta cuarta edición (2009-2010) comprende 30 economías y cuatro agrupaciones subregionales. Los capítulos presentan información actualizada sobre infraestructura de tecnologías de información y comunicación, industrias, contenido y servicios, iniciativas claves, políticas instrumentales, reglamentación, educación y creación de capacidad, fuente abierta e iniciativas de investigación y desarrollo. También se incluyen los principales desafíos en materia de tecnologías de información y comunicaciones para el desarrollo en cada una de las economías que abarca. Gracias al marco común que sustenta estos informes, el lector puede realizar un análisis comparativo y evaluar los avances en toda la región. Además, contiene perspectivas generales regionales donde se sintetizan las tendencias en ICTD, asuntos de reglamentación y lecciones para manejar la innovación en una economía interconectada.
