IDRC's Regional Office for South Asia and China, based in New Delhi, India, is celebrating its 25 th anniversary. Between August 2008 and September 2009, the office hosted a variety of events, including a Speaker Series, to mark the silver jubilee and highlight the achievements of our partners over the past quarter century.
