[All-Partners' Meeting]

The 2008 CEA/ICA All-Partners’ Meeting will be held on November 26-28, 2008 in Montevideo, Uruguay. The meeting will gather the Project Leaders of initiatives supported by CEA/ICA and specialists in the ICT for Development (ICT4D) field. The main objective of the meeting will be to consult with partners on their vision and advice on priorities for moving into the next five years of ICT4D programming in LAC.
