IDRC Funds Researchers' Participation at 2006 International Association for the Study of Common Property (IASCP) Conference

The Institute for Connectivity in the Americas' Contributions Recognized at the Organization of American States General Assembly

IDRC Supporting the Asia Research Partnership on Pandemic Influenza
IDRC is committing CA $1 million to the first two projects developed by the Partnership — a multicountry Asian study of the efficacy of animal vaccination programs and policies, and a grants competition for research on the social, cultural, and environmental linkages behind pandemics.

Two IDRC Staff Members Honoured in Mongolia

Maria Lee-Hoon Ng, Senior Program Officer for IDRC's Pan Asia Networking (PAN) program, and Renald Lafond, former team leader of PAN, have received the title of Professor Honorarium from the Health Sciences University of Mongolia for their significant contributions in developing and strengthening the country's health sector and medical research.
