The document that you've written is certainly informative and concise. It really encourages me to set up stream services myself.

While reading thru' your document, I have noticed that you mention that 'the bulk cost for a video streaming system is the Internet Bandwidth'. This statement really depicts the reality today of delivering convergence of voice and data using public internet infrastructure. Which brought us to the topic of how, when and what internet traffic should be prioritised.
