Annual Seminar, General meeting and Members' Reception
Theme: Since 2004 the theme for the annual event has honoured one of IDRC's Regional Offices: - 2004: LACRO
- 2005: ASRO
- 2006: WARO / EASARO
- 2007: SARO
- 2008: MERO
- 2009: LACRO
Seminar: The topic for the Seminar is chosen to communicate a current aspect of IDRC programming in the region being honoured. AGM: There is short business meeting (so far not longer than ten minutes!) to share the Financial Report with the Membership. Since 2004 the Executive has reported on Alumni support for the Alumni Research Awards. Members' Reception: This is the Members' time to renew acquaintances. The décor, food and entertainment reflect the colour, cuisine and culture of the region being honoured. THE THEME AND DATES ARE POSTED ON THE WEB SITE AND ANNOUNCED IN THE NEWSLETTER EARLY IN THE NEW YEAR.
