Prev News 4 of 6 Next

Among other relevant news, this issue talks about the participation of USUARIA in the new research project supported by IDRC on Telework, Climate Change and Public Policy. This research project aims to provide policy makers, companies and workers with accurate and up-to-date information about the potential of telework, its benefits and limitations in the region. The study will examine in particular the relationship between telework and climate change, analyzing the potential impacts of this practice on environmental conditions specifically in three capital cities of the region: Buenos Aires, Lima and Mexico City, where the pollution rates are amongst the highest in the region.
