INSTRUCTIONS:

• All PowerPoint tools come with notes and a template/summary. 
  
  
• You can watch the PowerPoint presentation without notes directly from the Intranet. 
  
  
• To view notes, save the PowerPoint to your desktop. Go to "View" on the tool bar and choose "Notes page". 
  
  
• On the final slide, you can also click on the icon to get the embedded template/summary. However it will only work if you are logged into the Intranet site, or if you save a copy to your desktop.
  
  
• In the tool, “How to Build A Slide Presentation,” note that the video and audio clips in slide 47 and 48 will only work if you are logged into the Intranet.
  
  
• Again – the full toolkit is also available on CD in English, French, and Spanish from the Communications Division. Contact Dominique Moreault at 2150.
