The International Development Research Centre (IDRC), through its CEA (Connectivity and Equity in the Americas) and ICA (Institute for Connectivity in the Americas) initiatives held the 2008 CEA/ICA All-Partners’ Meeting on November 26-28, 2008 in Montevideo, Uruguay. 

The meeting gathered the Project Leaders of initiatives supported by CEA/ICA and specialists in the ICT for Development (ICT4D) field. The event constituted a unique opportunity to share knowledge and practical experiences among a broad range of experts from Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
