 Dear team members of Kampala, We do sincerely hope all is well. Ottawa is fine but with relatively drastic weather changes. The learning forum is very intersting with many common aspects accross city teams but also issues of focus. the differences are largely locale specifics. there are many lessons to learn which emphsises not to reinvent the wheel.
